Thank you to everyone that voted in my alphabet challenge and giraffe won the day with gazelle getting some votes too. However I was on a roll this week, so ended up painting a gorilla too!
Here they are with all the animals painted with glass paint, as usual.
I don’t think I’ve got the giraffe quite right but I’m pleased with the gazelle painting and gorilla.
Next week is H, any comments or suggestions gratefully received!
For my featured business I found this illustrator on Etsy.
Gingiber is an illustrative paper goods & homewares store based in Oklahoma, USA. Stacie Bloomfield founded Gingiber in 2009 and creates art prints, handmade pillows and tea towels that draw inspiration from heirloom quilt patterns, beloved animals and carefully curated color palettes.
You will find lots of different animals in her shop but she is also doing a 52 week dog project, each Friday revealing a new breed of dog illustration. I have chosen her greyhound to show you, as of course it begins with G. Stacie is also donating $1.00 of every Etsy sale from the 52 Weeks of Dogs Project to the Humane Society.
I love animal art..I love finding creative artist who use dogs in their medium 🙂
Thanks for visiting my blog. Love your cat and dog relationship post, animal interaction is fascinating to watch. I had trouble leaving a comment hence replying here!
