Wishing you all a happy and healthy new year. It maybe a chilly frosty morning but I love the crisp blue sky and these clematis seed heads, frozen in time.

UPDATE: sadly this clematis didn’t survive the frosty mornings. It had been such a vigorous plant I never expected it not to recover. A year on there is still no sign of life.
